• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

• You'll receive an order confirmation and tracking details via email or SMS once your package is dispatched.

2. Shipping Options & Timelines

• Standard Shipping (Pan-India)

  • Shipping is complimentary across India, no matter whether you choose Prepaid or Cash on Delivery (COD).

  • Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

• Express / Priority Delivery

  • Want your order even faster? Opt for Express Delivery at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery: 1–3 business days in metro areas (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore); 2–4 business days in other regions.

3. Tracking Your Order

• Once dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via SMS and email.

• Use this to monitor your package’s journey directly with our courier partner—be it Delhivery, Blue Dart, Ecom Express, or others.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

• COD is available at no extra cost.

• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and sign for the order.

5. International Shipping

• Presently, we ship only within India. But new markets are on the horizon—stay tuned!

• Each RINARI piece is wrapped in a premium jewelry pouch and handcrafted box, ensuring it arrives impeccably.
